The colors and décor enhance this peaceful environment. The entire building has security systems both inside and out, a sprinkler system and is surge-protected. There is a key-card system that only allows authorized users to enter the premises.
The reception area and receptionist are available to all offices and work areas for no additional charge. Each office has two to three high-speed internet connections and phone connections. There is no setup charge for these. However, there is an additional charge for these services.
Additional features include mail box, the ability to send or receive mail or packages during open hours, 24/7 access to the building, receptionist and reception area and free coffee during business hours. Do you need an office, small meeting room or a professional board room for out of town meetings? We have three choices that lease by the hour or by the day.
Three meeting rooms that lease daily or hourly:
- Our beautiful board room is for lease on a daily or hourly basis. It can seat up to 12 people and has a 50" Plasma TV ready for laptop presentations and a projection screen if needed. There is a conference phone located on the board room table ready for your needs. Coffee services are available during regular business hours. This board room leases for $25 an hour or $150 a day $5 extra hourly for video.
- We have a professional furnished office for lease on a daily or hourly rate. This office comes equipped with two high-speed internet connections, receptionist and receptionist services. Phone services are included. Local calls are free and long distance calls are 6¢ a minute. There are free coffee services during regular business hours. This office leases for $15 an hour or $100 a day.
- We have a small board room that would comfortably seat up to five people. This board room comes equipped with two high-speed internet connections, receptionist and receptionist services. Phone services are included. Local calls are free and long distance calls are 6¢ a minute. There are free coffee services during regular business hours. This small board room leases for $30 an hour or $175 a day.
